- Condition Matters: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
What Can’t Be Returned?

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
- Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.
Partial Refunds—When Do They Happen?
You might get a partial refund if:
- The item shows obvious signs of use (e.g., a book, CD, DVD, or vinyl that’s been opened).
- It’s damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition (unless it’s our mistake).
- It’s returned more than 30 days after delivery.
How Refunds Work

Heads up: Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds—sale items are final.
Exchanges

Gifts
- Gift Marked at Purchase: If it was shipped to you as a gift, you’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return.
- Not Marked as a Gift: We’ll refund the original buyer, and they’ll know about the return.
