At Nafes Cables, we want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right, our 30-day Refund and Returns Policy has you covered. Here’s how it works:

The Basics

  • 30-Day Window: You’ve got 30 days from your purchase date to request a refund or exchange. After that, we can’t offer a full refund or swap.
  • Condition Matters: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.

What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items are off-limits for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards, downloadable software, and certain health/personal care items.

Partial Refunds—When Do They Happen?

You might get a partial refund if:

  • The item shows obvious signs of use (e.g., a book, CD, DVD, or vinyl that’s been opened).
  • It’s damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition (unless it’s our mistake).
  • It’s returned more than 30 days after delivery.

How Refunds Work

  1. Send it back with your receipt or proof of purchase.
  2. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
  3. If approved, your refund will hit your original payment method within a few days.

Sale Items

Heads up: Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds—sale items are final.

Exchanges

Got a defective or damaged item? We’ll replace it with the same one. Email us at info@nafeescables.com and ship it to: [Insert Physical Address].

Gifts

  • Gift Marked at Purchase: If it was shipped to you as a gift, you’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return.
  • Not Marked as a Gift: We’ll refund the original buyer, and they’ll know about the return.

Shipping Returns

  • You’ll cover the return shipping costs (non-refundable). If refunded, return shipping may be deducted.
  • Pro Tip: For pricier items, consider tracked shipping or insurance—we can’t guarantee receipt otherwise.
